It just goes to show you that anything with the Master Chief's mug on it will sell like beer at a Mardi Gras party! Last week Joy Ride released the first wave of the HALO collectible figurines. The first wave included, the Chief, M12 LRV Warthog, and the holographic Cortana!
Not to anyones great surprise the firss wave of Chiefs is already sold out nationwide! Not to worry if your a collector in the market for a Spartan, because a second shipment should be arriving sometime mid-week!
Joy Ride also released new info on their upcoming Wave 2 and Wave 3 collection of Halo figurines and the Active Camouflage Master Chief, a mail-in exclusive version that is 8" tall with 18 points of articulation like the current figure. Just visit the Joy Ride Halo Site. Just print and complete the order form, send an original UPC code and include a $5.00 check or money order.
Coming in October, a special promotion of Halo figures is planned with GamePro magazine that will include the 8" Battle Damage Master Chief.
And coming in early November and February 2004, the 2nd and 3rd wave will be released all the details are below!
Wave 2 will include:
*Mini Ghost w/ 3" Master Chief, Elite and Jackal
*8" Red Master Chief w/ tactical shotgun, assault rifle and pistol.
*8" Covenant Elite w/ plasma rifle and needler
Wave 3 will include:
*8" Blue Master Chief
*Mini Banshee w/ 3" Master Chief, Elite and Grunt
*7" Marines - Johnson "The Sarge", "Marine #1" and "Marine #2" (sold separately)
We'll have more on the Halo toys figures as it becomes available.

It is extremely rare that a movie based on a game does any good at all, same with games based on movies. And I doubt these will really be worth anything, now original doom models...I might pay some casholla for those!
