I?m sure all you Hedgehog fans might have noticed that with the acception of news and the occasional Network, the front page of XBOXActive hasn?t changed much lately. Well the Hedgehog recently came to realize this also, and it made me ask some hard questions, and look at some hard facts.
James, XBOXActive?s Webmaster, has not updated the front page in over 3 months and he hasn?t even been heard from in over 2. Bruno, our lead site editor, disappeared WAAAAY back in May and no ones scene him since. As for Revolver, Sports Freak and all the other XBOXActive staff members, they too have simply up and left. So that leaves this entire site with just two people posting and keeping you up to date, Cody and yours truly! To make things even better, only Bruno and James could make additions to the front page, without them we?ll be stuck staring at Mace Griffin?s ugly mug forever.
To simplify the matter Hedgehog fans, The Hog has come to realize that with the coming school year the Hedgehog and one close amigo can?t maintain this website alone. So I?m writing this to say that this will be the Hedgehog?s final entry into the XBOXActive website. The Hog has been in the game a Long time, over 18 months. That may not seem long , but in internet terms it?s an eternity; and as much as I?ve loved every minute of doing the Hedgehog Network I?ve come to realize that one day the Network will simply fade into obscurity like every internet legend does!
Lucky for all of you, that day is nowhere in site! XBOXActive may be down, but the Network will live on! The Hog is taking a week off next week for a little Hedgehog Vacation; but come October the Hog will be back in full swing on a brand new site! XBOX Livewire is a newly born site set up by a friend of mine who was kind enough to offer the Hog a safe haven! Go check it out at www.XBLW.com and get ready for the Hedgehog?s Return!
Well I guess that about wraps things up. So with that, I bid farewell to you XBOXActive, you were a great place, once upon a time. I certainly hope to see many of you over at the new site! For those I?ll see again, ?catch you soon?; and for those I won?t ?happy gaming?. SO for the last time on XBA this is Hedgehog Boy, and I?m Up, Over, and GOOOOO00000ooooone!

Pheeeeeeeeeeeeeeew, the third to last paragraph started to make me feel a little depressed.Man I didnt know it was so few peoples running this. Cody must of been working his ass these last couple of weeks.
Just when things started getting good. I started seeing a lot of news here first that other sites I go to didng have as early or not at all.plus that feature.
O well where ever hedge goes I will follow like a man in need of his weekly drug fix :) :)!! Yeah thats how much I like reading Hedges.

the Network was the only thing that made this site interesting, now its just a bunch of 3 week old news. I guess I will follow Hedge to the new site, but this constant "site bouncing" is rather annoying. Hopefully you will make XBLW your permenant home.

Regarding as to following hedge, yes, I will be following as well. As much as I liked it here. The people are great. Just, it seems that nobody in admin cares. Right now school is taking a toll on me. It had to be to the point where, it was either school or this site. School won.

Nice to see you finally leave this site since its the only reason people ever come here. I'll keep reading your stuff even after this next move. Whats really weird though is after you left XBOX365.com they seemed to get their act together, maybe the same will happen here.
